Introduction to role:
Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming cancer care? As a Brand Lead in our Oncology Business Unit, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing marketing strategies for a pivotal brand and its indications. This role is integral in driving collaboration across Marketing, Sales Force, Medical, Regulatory, and Market Access teams. You'll craft and implement an annual Brand Plan with precision, ensuring its successful execution throughout the organization.

Accountabilities:
In this dynamic role, you'll analyze local market trends and competitive dynamics, integrating new insights to build long-range forecasts for our portfolio brands. Regularly presenting business results against budget, market understanding, and insights to senior leaders will be key. You'll plan marketing spend for current and future years to minimize budget variance. Leading a multi-channel marketing mix, you'll roll out key projects developed with cross-functional input, including promotional materials, congress activities, and events for healthcare professionals.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Higher level education (e.g. Masters/PhD) in Science or Business

  • Pharmaceutical commercial experience (min. 2 years) with strong performance track record

  • Strategic marketing capabilities

  • Forecasting experience with patient models

  • Rigorous commercial business sense

  • Leadership experience

  • Customer-focused with interest in building relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, moderation, training, and negotiation skills

  • Experience in relationship and stakeholder management

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Curious personality and great cross-functional team-player

  • Experience in Oncology

  • Excellent organization skills

  • High level of motivation and proactivity

  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office

  • Strong working proficiency in English (min. B2 level)
